I believe in a teacher and student interactive learning. My teaching style is based on a student's needs. I believe all students are different and unique and may respond to different kind of learning approaches. My job as a teacher is to understand the student's needs and incorporate it in our lessons.
I am patient by nature which makes it easier for students to be comfortable around me and not shy away from asking questions about the lessons we go through. My strategy is to interact with my student and encourage them to participate freely during the lessons. I find this to make it easier for them to learn and grow.
