About Wren
I've been training in the martial arts for the last 20 years. I enjoy teaching and helping people develop self defense abilities. My primary focus is on boxing and kickboxing but also have a background in Filipino martial arts and grappling.

These classes will start with the basics of kickboxing. The basic jab, cross, hook, and upper cut from boxing as well as the basic kicks; thai kick, front kick, side kick, turn kick. Footwork and defense will be elucidated upon. Effective home or gym training methods will be taught.
