About Emma
I am a patient and detail-oriented swim coach for adults, water confidence, and stroke technique. Mechanical clarity, structured physical progressions, and creating a comfortable environment for students to break the cycle of anxiety and develop fluid and sustainable swimming technique are the core of my teaching method.

These are 90 minute swim classes that have been designed to help adults overcome fear and learn efficient swimming techniques. Low stress, progressive skills drills for floating fundamentals, calm breath control, streamlined body positioning and correct propulsive kicking. Each lesson is designed to help you to convert hesitation to easy movement and total control in deep water.
