About Rishi
Hi! I’m Rishi, a passionate acoustic guitarist and music enthusiast from Mumbai. I’ve been learning and playing guitar for several years, and I especially enjoy playing Bollywood, Hindi and popular acoustic songs.
I mainly focus on helping beginners learn guitar in a simple, practical and enjoyable way. I can teach basic chords, chord transitions, strumming patterns, song-playing, simple melodies and how to play guitar while singing.
My teaching style is friendly and patient. Instead of making students spend a lot of time only learning theory, I like to help them start playing actual songs as early as possible. I can also help students understand rhythm, timing and different strumming patterns.
I regularly practice guitar and work on improving my playing, and I enjoy learning new songs and techniques. I’m especially comfortable teaching beginners who are picking up the guitar for the first time.
Whether you want to learn your first few chords, play your favorite Bollywood songs, accompany yourself while singing, or simply develop a strong foundation on acoustic guitar, I’d be happy to help you get started!
