About Danielle
I am a professionally trained dancer specialising in ballet gaining a scholarship and 3-year diploma certification at the highly regarded Hammond school in Chester.
I have been a dancer for many years performing in various locations over time and then naturally progressed into teaching working freelance at ballet schools across London.
My aim is for you to feel more confident in ballet discipline as well as benefiting from improved posture, body tone, strength and injury prevention.

We will have a brief discussion before the lesson so I can understand what you would like to achieve from the session and I will then organise a tailor-made lesson plan keeping these goals in mind. The lesson structure will be a warm-up, barre work, centre work and then a stretch and cool down to finish.
