About Kavya
I know how difficult it can be to feel uncomfortable in your own body. I’ve experienced the ups and downs of trying to lose weight, from binge eating and restricting to feeling “skinny fat” and struggling to find a healthy balance. After losing 20 kg and finding an approach that works for me, I want to help others avoid years of confusion and frustration. My goal is to make fitness feel simpler, more approachable, and sustainable, so you can feel stronger and more confident in your body. I’m also a trained and certified yoga teacher, which allows me to bring mobility, stretching, and recovery into my sessions when needed.

I’m passionate about fitness and have personally lost 20 kg through training and lifestyle changes. I help beginners get comfortable in the gym with personalized workouts, exercise guidance, flexible routines and practical nutrition tips.
