About Lauren ‘LoLo’
Originally from Salinas, CA, I studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and hip hop growing up. Moving to LA in 2008 was when I really poured myself into training and expanding my knowledge with Hip Hop and dance. Since 2017, I’ve been working as a professional dancer within the industry dancing alongside artists and entertainment platforms along the way (such as Beyoncé, Mary J. Blige, J. Balvin, Emotional Oranges, Reebok, Super Bowl Halftime Show, etc) and have fallen in love with becoming a dance instructor/mentor even more. The goal is always 1% better than you were yesterday and enjoying the process within your journey. From coaching and choreographing for multiple competitive elementary, middle and high school teams as well as continuing to teach at your local dance studios, I’m honored to help movers of all ages tap into their true power and brightest light through the art of dance. Hip Hop and dance continue to gift me with a greater voice within myself than I could ever imagine and I only strive to help you find and amplify that inside you as well! This art form is enriched with history and culture and I’m blessed to share it with you all. Peace and love!
