I am an Ayurvedic doctor by profession, also working as a Yoga therapist, Ayurvedic Psychotherapist, Mindfulness therapist. Passionate about sharing my knowledge for the welfare of society. Special interest in Yoga Nidra sessions. I'm working on a project “Bansuri a way to heal…” Flute music for meditation. I have conducted many online workshops relating to meditation.
