About Sapna
I am a daily routine person. I keep myself fit and free from negativity. I eat healthy but also keep cheat meals a week. Because eating what you like makes you feel better for the week. I believe in meditating everyday for atleast 15-20min in the morning to make yourself more fresh and energetic.
