"Music lives in the tension between the score and the player. I sit at the bench watching a student navigate a complex chord voicing for the first time. My degree from Berklee taught me that piano is a diagnostic tool for the entire musical mind. I work with advanced learners and working professionals who need to refine their rhythm and timing.
My teaching style integrates sight playing with a deep understanding of structure. I have spent 6 years helping musicians bridge the gap between technical fluency and artistic intent. I pull from my experience with ABRSM and Trinity exam prep to keep standards high.

"Technique is often the biggest obstacle to true musical expression. A diagnostic playing assessment happens before we set a learning plan. This method avoids wasted time on redundant exercises.
We look at your pedalling technique first. This shows me your natural touch. I then introduce specific drills for your level. We track your progress through standard grade exam metrics.
Your performance goals define our path together. My Berklee background informs every correction I offer. I keep our work grounded in real world keyboard applications. Reach out whenever you feel ready to start."
