About Preethika
I have been performing Bharatanatyam dance recitals for over 15 years in various prestigious events and a Guinness World Record achievement, to offer unparalleled expertise and authenticity in dancing.
Currently a senior tutor with Krithiga's Natya Mandir. Other than Bharatanatyam, I have a keen interest in physical and mental fitness. Therefore, my approach to teaching dance would focus on including all these aspects.

- The classes are approached along with specific strength and mobility training techniques for improving overall body strength and form. Equal importance is given to understanding theoretical knowledge and its application in practice.
- Each class would be held for one hour. For a beginner, the class will be split into 3 segments which will comprise warming up, practical lessons, and theory lessons. Structure varies with individual progress.
- Interactive virtual classes tailored to accommodate diverse skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, ensuring personalized attention and growth for each student.
- Anyone interested in learning Bharatanatyam is eligible. There are no age limits.
