I was born in Hebei Province, China, where the standard Mandarin accent is spoken. I moved to Canada at the age of 18, and as someone who learned a second language myself, I truly understand the challenges students face. This experience allows me to put myself in my students’ shoes and tailor lessons to their individual needs. Being bilingual in Mandarin and English, I can explain concepts clearly and make learning approachable and enjoyable.
