About Vera
I have experience tutoring virtually over Zoom. Took AP Calc BC, Chem, Statistics exams and got 5s on all. Self-studied AP Bio (5). Recent experience with Physics in college. Can also cover SAT material (1580 on my best attempt). Experience explaining concepts to peers and friends. I am a college junior at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, studying bio and mechanical engineering. I have worked in a STEM lab as a technician, hosting workshops in high school. I have also taught CAD at a summer camp and have made some material relating to learning CAD on Onshape. In my free time, I like to ironwork (see video).

Vera is an easy to understand tutor. She works out problems step by step with you and offers different explanations so I can understand what's happening. She is very patient and makes sure that I understand his to solve a problem. I had her help me with college calc currently and middle school algabra 1 in the past. 10/10 would have her help me again
