I'm Sergio, a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh. I did Biochemistry as degree, then MSc Nanoscience and now I'm at the School of Chemistry at the University of Edinburgh. I have studied and got knowledge from biology to chemistry and physics, particularly specialized in physical chemistry, biophysics, statistics for biologists and biochemistry, nanoscience and nanotechnology. I have a vast experience as a researcher in all characterization techniques and spectroscopies (fluorescence microscopies, chemistry and biology data analysis software).
I have experience in giving particular classes to high-school and university students both in Spanish and English. Specifically, I have taught chemistry, biochemistry, immunology, metabolism and molecular biology. However, my specialization is in physical chemistry and photophysics. I have understanding and knowledge in basic programming, statistics and in microelectronics.
