About Neemisha
Hello! My name is Neemisha, and I am currently finishing my Biochemistry Degree at university. My passion for science and education has inspired me to help students build confidence in their abilities and achieve their academic goals.
Throughout my studies, I have developed a strong foundation in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics, as well as valuable experience through laboratory and research work. These experiences have strengthened my problem-solving skills and deepened my understanding of scientific concepts, allowing me to explain them in a clear and accessible way.
In addition to my academic background, I have experience tutoring children of various ages, helping them improve their understanding of subjects, develop effective study habits and gain confidence in their learning. Working with students of different abilities has taught me the importance of patience, adaptability and creating a supportive learning environment.
As a tutor, I strive to make lessons engaging, encouraging and tailored to each student's individual needs. I understand that every student learns differently, and I enjoy finding approaches that help them feel comfortable and motivated to succeed.
Whether a student is looking for extra support, exam preparation or a confidence boost in their studies, I am committed to helping them reach their full potential and develop a positive attitude towards learning.

My lessons are designed to be supportive, engaging and tailored to each student's individual needs. I believe that understanding concepts is more important than memorising facts, so I focus on breaking down difficult topics into simple, manageable steps and encouraging students to ask questions throughout the lesson.
I offer online tuition in GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Maths. Lessons are suitable for students aged 11–16, whether they are looking to improve their confidence, strengthen their understanding of key topics, prepare for exams or achieve higher grades.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes and is adapted to the student's goals and learning style. Lessons may include explanations of key concepts, worked examples, practice questions, exam-style questions and revision techniques. I also help students identify areas they find challenging and develop strategies to improve their performance.
I am currently studying Biomedical Science at university and have gained valuable experience through laboratory and research work. In addition, I have previous experience tutoring children aged 6–12 in a range of subjects, helping them build confidence and develop effective study habits. This experience has taught me how to adapt my teaching approach to suit different ages, abilities and learning styles.
Having recently completed GCSEs and progressed to university-level science, I understand the challenges students face and aim to create a friendly and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process.
My goal is to help students build both their knowledge and confidence so that they can achieve their academic goals and become more independent learners.
