About Carlene
Hello, I am a Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Major at the University of Miami who has experience being a tutor for the University as well as experience being a tutor in high school. I am from New York and enjoy sharing my passion for science by helping others grow to be successful in the source. Being pre-med is hard but, as long as you are willing to put in the work it is definitely possible.

I ask you questions about what you are learning what you understand, what you don't understand to gauge what needs to be focused on. I will ask what their learning style is to know how to present the information in way they will fully understand what I am going over. I guide the students to not only understand how to do well on the material but also to do well in the class. I tutor college level general chemistry one and two, intro biology as well as evolutionary biology. I also tutor high school level biology and chemistry courses.
