About Lily
I am currently enrolled at Florida Institute of Technology (Melbourne, Florida) as a biochemistry major. I am currently a sophomore, and I plan to work in both research and stem education. I have done tutoring for volunteer work in the past (on a middle school level) and enjoyed it immensely. My schedule could change from semester to semester, but I am dedicated to being flexible, and as encouraging as possible.

It's very important to me that in learning, the student is understanding without getting frustrated or pushed too hard. For that reason, when I'm tutoring students online, I try to structure the lessons based on what the students are learning in classes and how the student learns best. Usually, I work with screen sharing over zoom while explaining how the problem works. I prefer to work with elementary, middle school, and high school students but am happy to work with college students if I feel qualified after hearing what they need help in.
