About Ankit
I know what it's like to sit in a classroom and miss everything the teacher speaks about, either because the concept is too difficult or the lesson is downright boring. I aim to change this through my service by prioritising building a working relationship with the student to make lessons feel less like school and more engaging to be in. As a Biochemistry undergraduate in the University of Southampton, with a strong record of GCSE and A-Level qualifications from a Grammar school and 5/5 university offers, this is a solid track record I am proud of and it shows through my success of being an in-person tutor working at the A-Level level.

Each lesson is 2 hours long, covering 2 subjects or an extended session for one subject. Taught using self-made slides based on topics you suggest whilst confirming knowledge by practising exam technique through proven past paper questions to be prepared for the real thing. I have experience teaching in person in both group and 1-2-1 formats each with great success and positive feedback. The lessons are based around the student, whilst building a healthy working relationship to make learning feel fun and not burdensome. I completed my GCSE and A-Level qualifications in a Grammar School, so I am also familiar with university applications and secondary school entrance exams (11+).
