About Ella
My main priority is to explain concepts that students particularly struggle with, so to begin with, I will start with question time to clear up any confusion the student may have.
I am a strong believer that no question is a silly question - questions are the best way to learn and promote understanding!
I will spend the majority of the lesson learning and understanding new concepts and any areas that are particularly difficult using an interactive method of teaching.
I will tailor the lessons to suit the student’s learning needs, be it auditory or visual :)
I will also use exam style questions to help build up the student’s confidence in answering them and to help them understand how the question must be answered.

Experience
I am a Biological Sciences student at Bournemouth University. I am currently averaging a first class grade and I’m about to enter my second year. I am also completing a Harvard University course studying neuroscience. I have previously tutored family friends in Biology and Geography GCSE and A Level. I also completed Chemistry A-Level so am able to help out with that a little bit if needs be :)
