With a strong foundation in biology and 8 years of experience in the biotech sector, I have worked on the development of a biomarker assay, and led early-phase drug development projects in the field of neurdegenreration research. I have mentored a team of 10 postgraduates and postdoctorates, guiding them in data analysis and scientific literature review. Recognised for my ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and excel in problem-solving, I am passionate about helping others learn and grow.
