About Ashita
I am an 19-year-old having graduated from ACG Sunderland with my A levels in Biology, Chemistry and Math. I recently completed Health Science First Year at the University of Otago. My favourite colour is pink, I enjoy reading, going on walks, traveling, spending time with my friends and baking. I believe having a work-life balance is crucial and I will reflect this in lessons. I love helping people reach their full potential and have the true belief that there are no such things as stupid questions! I adore tutoring students as I work at an in-person tutoring company, it is my pleasure seeing students grow! Our first session would consist of me getting to know you and your academic goals so we could plan our future sessions. I look forward to meeting and working with you!

Lessons would ideally be 1 hour with 1-3 per week depending on the student. I am looking to tutor students from Year 7 to Year 13. The lessons will be structured with explanations, tips on the content and on helpful ways to study and questions. I believe every student is different and learns in a different way, and i will do my best to alter my lessons for each student. The intensity of sessions depends on the students and their own personal academic goals. I have been a peer tutor at my HighSchool previously, helping students of all ages. I intend to create a safe environment where my student feels comfortable with asking any questions and letting me know if something is not working for them. All subjects are different and require a a variety of ways of teaching and this will reflect in the lessons.
