About Katherine
I am currently attending Carleton University to obtain my PhD in biology! As an undergrad, I studied biology and mathematics! In my first year of undergrad, before I decided what path to take in science, I undertook also undertook courses in chemistry and physics!
Now, I am a Biology TA at Carleton and a math tutor for companies such as Paper Co. and Oxford Learning. I am passionate about my research and my teaching!

I generally tutor students in high school-level maths and sciences. However, I am comfortable tutoring university-level students in certain subjects (up to calc III, Lin alg, biology, etc). For Grade 12 and University students, I will generally ask to look at your notes and questions ahead of the session to ensure I'm prepared and am following along with your teacher/professor's requirements :)
I want my lessons to be centred around the student's needs. Whether you are looking for lessons that take a lecture format, homework help, additional practice questions, or a sounding board to prepare/discuss/study for tests I'm willing to help.
