About Patrick
Hi, I'm Pat I'm a researcher with experience across the biological sciences. I hold a PhD, an Erasmus MSc, and a BSc from my home state of Tasmania. I have worked in vaccine development, stem cell biology, neuroscience, immunology, and most recently in developing new antibiotics against infectious diseases. I have lived across Australia, France, Spain, the UK and the Netherlands, and also speak passable Spanish and French. I would be happy to tutor you, and see how I can best help you meet your learning goals!

I have taught high school, undergraduate and postgraduate students across the STEM curriculum, with a heavy focus on Science, Medicine, Mathematics and Chemistry. My approach is to meet students where they are at, and bridge their knowledge using my wealth of experience in scientific and medical research. I like to leverage students' enthusiasm for certain topics to build up their understanding of scientific fundamentals. I can be available for 1 hour lessons, or longer sessions for exam preparation and more structured learning.
