About Lowri
I'm currently studying in my second year at Leeds Beckett University towards my Biomedical Science (BSc). My route is specific to physiology and pharmacology, which medical physiology, genetics and pharmacology being my foremost focus.
Before coming to study at Leeds Beckett, I also Studied Chemistry, Biology and Physics as well as history at A-level; I have a well grounded understanding of the main disciplines of all the science subjects meaning my knowledge is interchangeable between them, aiding in my understanding an ability to teach.
I've had experience volunteering in adult and child friendly environments so I am able to adapt my approach to a range of suitable clients with ease.

I believe the best way to teach is to find out what type of learner somebody is, and produce the appropriate study aids for their use. This may be notes, or presentations on posters; ultimately the best way to remember and understand is through application of knowledge in practise scenarios and using previous exam examples.
I'm very understanding and easy going, with a patient nature... I can understand the difficulties of learning these complex subjects because I've been there and I probably am still there in a sense, but I can use this to help me and help you.

Details
I am happy to travel slightly out of a 10 mile radius of Leeds, however this may incur a small subsidy for petrol money and time.
In relation to cancellations, I would be more than happy to cancel or re-book a session with ideally 24 hours notice, I understand if there are extenuating circumstances, but this just allows me to better plan my own personal study time.
