About Abigail
Hi! I’m a Uni student who is passionate about learning and helping other students feel more confident in their schoolwork. Having recently completed my own Junior Cycle, I understand how overwhelming subjects, tests and exams can sometimes feel, and I know how much of a difference it can make to have someone explain things in a way that actually makes sense to you.
I want to tutor because I genuinely enjoy helping people understand things they may have previously found difficult. I believe that every student learns differently, and I want to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you can ask questions without feeling embarrassed or judged. My goal is not just to help you get better grades, but to help you feel more confident in your abilities and realize that you can do it.

I offer friendly, personalised tutoring for Junior Cycle students aged approximately 13–16. I tailor each lesson to the student’s individual needs and learning style, breaking difficult topics down into simple, manageable steps using clear explanations, examples, practice questions, active recall and exam-style questions. Lessons are typically 45–60 minutes long, with time to ask questions and receive personalised feedback. As a student who has completed the Junior Cycle, I have first-hand experience of the curriculum, exams and study techniques that can help students feel more confident and prepared. My aim is to make learning less stressful while helping students build a strong understanding of their subjects and improve their exam technique.
