I am a recent Biomedical Sciences graduate who has studied Maths for most of her life. I graduated in July 2017 with 2:1 in my BSc (Hons). I have studied Maths up until A-Level and Biology well into my degree.
I am able to tutor kids from primary school all the way through to GCSE's. In my GCSE's I was within the top 20 highest GCSE results in my school; I got 1 A*, 11 A's and B. I received an A in Maths, Statistics, Science and Additional Science.
My style of tutoring is analysing the students strengths and weaknesses using an overall 'cover-all-bases' test but also asking the student where they feel they need the most help.
Lessons will then be 70% weakness and 30% strength based. There will also regular module tests based on their curriculum to ensure the student is learning and understanding.
I can also tutor students in the art of answering questions at the GCSE level.
I am new to the tutoring business on the internet. However whilst I was doing my A-Levels, I tutored 3 children (one in year 7, one in year 8 and one in year 9) in Maths and their maths teachers were very impressed by their progress, One child even moved up a set.
I have also tutored children aged 7 and 8 in Kumon Maths.
