About Lea
I am currently a Biomedical student having just completed my penultimate year and looking to help other students throughout the summer period. I have experience in helping my younger siblings with school coursework and assessments (as well as helping students on my course) but would love to branch out further and put my knowledge and laboratory experience to use, and allow a friendly insight to the range of disciplines in the biomedical field!

Throughout my academic years I believe it's always important to find a study method that works on an individual level, and allows for the most productivity and understanding with positive reinforcement. Visualising complex ideas/pathways especially within the sciences is my primary method to teach. Similarly, I find explaining things in a more casual context to others and creating a safe and fun space to brainstorm ideas (even if they're wrong!). This also challenges students to keep the scientific method in mind, asking questions and understanding where things go wrong.
