About Nicole
I am a qualified birth doula within the natural birthing space. Having honed my experience through Oh Baby Birthing Center in Randfontein Gauteng, which has seen over 300 natural births since its inception in 2021. I am skilled in physical comfort measures for labouring women, offering emotional support throughout your pregnancy, providing breastfeeding support and postpartum support. My years in the culinary industry have taught me many things about nutrition and the benefits of healthy eating for pregnant moms.

These lessons are taught on an online platform in ordetr to make it convenient for moms and dads that cannot attend inperson birthing classes.The classes will be taught in 2 hour sessions over four weeks and will prepare you for the following:
