About Guhan
I'm Guhan I'm 19years old. I've been skinny until 9th grade when i made the mind shift and start working out I have learn myself train like a pro through YouTube videos and lots of mistakes. When I started working out i weighted around 52kg now I'm standing at a solid 85kg. I am a student and want to help others achieve their goals and not make the some mistakes I did.
