About David
My name is David, a few years ago I abandoned my life in the city where I survived immersed in a constant state of stress and anxiety produced by the frenetic pace of modern life.
Now I live in the countryside surrounded by nature and I organize retreats where I can teach people the method that changed my life.
The method consists of a series of body movements , strength exercises and stretching , where we will learn to connect body and mind . The results can be noticed quickly but the change, very little by little and in a very deep and lasting way. The realization of the exercises is executed in a dynamic , fluid and very entertaining way . The end of each class may end with a Mindfulness guided meditation (12m)

Movement is the most important motor capacity of the human, on it depend:
coordination, strength, balance, flexibility...
In addition, according to studies in neuroscience, this activity is totally connected to the mind at such levels that the development of new movements can expand our mental capacity, speed up certain senses, provide us with new capacities or refine those that we already possess. We owe part of this phenomenon to neuroplasticity, a property of the nervous system that allows it to continuously adapt to different experiences.
In short , this activity is ideal for those who want changes in their aesthetics , improve their mental and physical health , brain growth , optimize postural hygiene , provide us with greater resistance , reduce the risk of injury , release tensions accumulated by stress or simply be happier, due to increased serotonin levels.

* The physical changes will be noticed very little by little but in a very deep and lasting way.
Here you don't need weights, or ropes, or elastics, just a large space, if possible in a natural environment where you can breathe clean air and be in contact with some element of nature. Using your own body load can become a truly demanding job, but by adapting the training to your abilities and patiently trying to overcome barriers, day by day, you can achieve professional training routines.
* Find natural, dynamic and fluid sequences…. Fun , concentration , originality in a practice , that creates the impossibility of distraction and that I assure you that it hooks you .
