I am Sakhekile, I am a rugby player. I would love to help or teach people on bodybuilding and strength training because people want to get a bigger body but do not know the effective way to get bigger or getting more strength. I would love to help people to become their new selves

The exercises are very good, bodybuilding is very good and easy to do if determined to get a bigger body, strength training not so much like bodybuilding but training for strength is more work but effective to get big. Both are unique in their own way and I have some exercises to help with bodybuilding and strength training
