About Harper
Hello! I am a Spanish tutor with over 10 years of experience teaching college students, and my goal is to make learning Spanish practical, engaging, and enjoyable. I design lessons that are student-centred and adaptive, ensuring that each session matches the student’s learning style, whether they learn best through conversation, visuals, or hands-on practice.
I use innovative teaching methods, including digital tools, multimedia exercises, role-playing, games, and real-life scenarios, which make grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation easier to understand and remember. I also integrate cultural knowledge from Spanish-speaking countries to enrich lessons and provide context for the language.

I teach Spanish using a methodology centred on motivation, communication, creativity, and time management to ensure students learn effectively while enjoying the process. I motivate learners by connecting lessons to their goals, interests, and real-life situations, helping them stay confident and engaged.
Communication is at the core of my teaching; I focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities that allow students to use Spanish naturally and confidently.
Creativity makes lessons interactive and memorable—I use storytelling, role-plays, games, music, videos, and cultural projects to make learning enjoyable. Time management is an important aspect, and I help students organise their practice, set achievable goals, and track progress consistently.
In addition to Spanish, I also teach related subjects such as grammar, vocabulary expansion, conversation skills, and cultural knowledge to provide a complete learning experience. My lessons are tailored, practical, and designed to help students achieve confidence, fluency, and long-term success.
