About Kala

Dancer and choreographer for over 20 years. High School and Middle School teacher of over 20 years - Science and Civics were my areas of expertise. I've had over 2500 students and helped them succeed. I've seen so many different types of students with various challenges and strengths. Let me help you succeed.

About the lesson

Having a teacher that is gentle, encouraging, creative and understanding of learning styles and best practices makes a huge difference. Oftentimes great dancers are not necessarily good teachers, you're left on your own then on ways to figure out how to learn the steps and memorize the sequence while adding expression and being in-sync with the beat. Try me out and see how much you learn. Dancing builds confidence and allows you to engage in more social events. Don't wait, give it a try.
