About Sergi
My name is Sergi, an athlete since I was little and a boxing lover since I was 16. Federated and with experience in the world of contact sports. Being 30 years old now, and after several competing in these sports, I have been a coach for more than 4 years and accompanying people and groups to improve their skills and gain confidence and security while they get in shape.
I have been in Australia for 1 year teaching classes in a gym so I can offer classes in English too.
Boxing is one of the sports where the most calories are burned so in a short time you will notice the improvement and not only physically, but mentally!
