About Saj
I am an experienced and registered Boxercise Instructor with over 10 years' experience on a 1-2-1 basis or as coach at boxing clubs. I offer classes on a limited availability basis and therefore offer reasonable prices. I like to offer an alternative exercise experience.

Classes are non-contact including pad-work working on punches, footwork and general fitness. Skipping rope, light weights including punching with weights, and exercises with resistance bands.
Classes are especially suitable for beginners and people seeking a relaxed workout. 1-2-1 or 2-on-1 sessions.
