One of Rav's earliest memories was watching Rocky 3 as a toddler. Since then he has been fascinated by Boxing & Martial Arts and began Kickboxing over 25 years ago, achieving his black belt and competing in numerous competitions.
He started Boxing in 2010 at the legendary Ring Boxing club where he later became a coach and worked with some of the best in the business, including former Light-Heavyweight champion Jack Morris.
Rav has featured in numerous online and print media including The Sun, Evening Standard, Women's Health, Metro, with SheerLuxe Magazine featuring him as having one of the top 5 self defense classes for women in London. He has conducted thousands of sessions for clients with backgrounds in Finance & Media through to Showbiz & Olympians
Rav is also a qualified coach with England Boxing & has trained many men & women for their upcoming bouts, also working their corners on the night. He qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2013 & in addition to his considerable experience in the UK, he also lived in China for, training & learning different fighting forms with Shaolin monks at The Rising Dragon Martial Arts School.
Before his adventure in the Fitness and Boxing industry began, Rav trained at the renowned Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art & after several theatre and TV roles, moved into the world of PR, where he worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. He conducted numerous interviews for Hello magazine with personalities including Ivana Trump, David Seaman & Steve McFadden & has worked with Premiership footballers & numerous high profile individuals such as Sir David Attenborough & Ed Sheeran. In addition he also produced many exclusive events in the industry, from film premieres through to events for London Fashion Week.

Having taught every level from beginner to pro, I ensure every session is relaxed, fun, informative and bespoke to you, whether it is training for a fight, general fitness or just wanting to punch out the stresses of the day out on the pads! We've all been there :D
A great advantage is that unlike many other boutique gyms, there is no need to become a member to train with me, which keeps costs down to a manageable level :)
Fight City on New Kent Road, is a new high end gym, and we will have access to a fully equipped boxing area with bags, ring and also a dojo and comprehensive weights and conditioning area.
In addition to 1 on 1 happy to do train two people at the same time to split the cost.
