About the lesson

Technical approach Start from feet (footwork/base, balance, stance/shape, all facets of defence (feet, block and parrying, head movement). As well as correct punching with real technique. Build from the feet/base up from which everything else will develop. For all levels and ages, I coach amateur boxers, beginners to advance. Most important is development and understanding. Regardless of your level, my aim is for you to know how to box. Regardless at what level you are or want to take it.
