About Andy
My name is Andy. I have been teaching boxing and fitness for over 20 years. I have helped many people around the world change their lives. Coaching youngsters in school, college students via a boxing academy and one-on-one sessions for those looking to get fit or compete. I also focus on family sessions which enable families to train together and bond whilst achieving great things.
