About Benedita
Close to 10years ago I struggled with loneliness, depression, suicidal idealisation, binge eating, drugs, relationships and having a purpose to life. Since then I have been in a journey of living life and loving living. I have helped others through my learnings and my experiences.
I am a "roll up the sleeves and get to work" kind of person, a strongly believe that 99% is practice and 1% is theory.

My previous work was through a Yoga studio that I owned, where many students went through a transformational programme.
