About Dhara
I am also a mindfulness trainer for Breathworks, and have completed advanced teacher training.
I'm also a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a qualified BFA focusing therapist.
Whilst we are all different and unique, I have found that there are a few key underlying developmental skills that are simple to learn and applicable to everyone.
Mindfulness based approaches to help you let go of unhelpful mental and emotional patterns, relax, and gives you the inner resources to navigate the complexities and challenges that life throws up.
Coaching and mindfulness both work best through application of exercises between sessions. We will set some realistic targets for you, based on you and your life, and keep reviewing how best to take you forwards.
