About Stephanie
Hi, my name is Stephanie.
I was working as a secondary school Maths teacher, which I left this summer to go into teaching yoga. I want to still use my love and knowledge of Maths by tutoring the subject.
I would describe myself as a calm, patient and reliable person. From my teaching experience I have skills in finding different ways and methods to explain concepts. When teaching, I always preferred helping people on a one-to-one basis, rather then in a large class of 30, so I'm looking forward to helping individuals in their Maths confidence or exam preparation.
I am happy to tutor from primary up to GCSE level. I also have SEN experience from my PGCE placement school, as well as from the secondary school I worked in. Before working as a teacher, I worked as a support worker for people with autism.
