About Luma
I am an experienced piano tutor with a decade of teaching students from diverse backgrounds, including school, college, and working professionals. My teaching philosophy is centred on creating an inspiring, encouraging, and structured learning environment where students can grow at their own pace.
I have helped students perform in recitals, participate in competitions, and successfully complete graded exams, while building confidence and technical mastery.
My lessons focus on technique, sight-reading, music theory, improvisation, and expressive playing, with a strong emphasis on creativity and personal expression. I am committed to guiding students to achieve their musical goals while instilling a lifelong appreciation for music.

I apply the same approach to other subjects I teach, including music theory, composition, and ear training. My goal is to create a nurturing, inspiring environment where students grow both musically and personally while developing a lifelong love for learning.
