About Jack
I’m a professional musician who’s currently releasing new music with lots of connections to the industry. Recently I’ve played Glastonbury festival, Kendal Calling, SXSW in Austin, and IOW festival. I have loads of knowledge about the industry itself as well as the instrument, so can really help anyone trying to break into it. I have direct experience of how overwhelming it can be sometimes so want to help anyone with a passion to go for it.

I have been a frontman for around 10 years now, first with a band and secondly as a solo artist with a band, signed to two labels during the process, and currently releasing a second EP.
I’m able to teach you the mechanics of playing guitar, but also the performance aspect of it, which is a really important part of playing the instrument if you plan to take it out to an audience.
I understand that learning to play can be daunting and sometimes frustrating, but I’ve got a really welcoming approach and will always listen to what kind of music you want to play. We can even focus on specific songs you want to learn so your lessons are tailored entirely to you.
Before our first lesson I’m happy to do an initial 121 over zoom free of charge, to find out what your goals are.
I can do either in person lessons (in East Sussex/West Sussex area) or online lessons too.
