About Sunna Grappling
I began my martial arts journey in 2009, training under Sensei Walid Tadjouri, who has awarded me each of my belts. Like many practitioners, I quickly developed a deep passion for jiu-jitsu and committed myself to consistent, focused training. I am driven by helping others progress on their martial arts journey and accelerating their learning through scientifically proven coaching methods that support faster skill acquisition. My teaching emphasises technical understanding, intelligent movement, and building genuine confidence on the mat, creating an environment where students can develop safely, effectively, and with purpose.

Lessons focus on developing strong technical foundations, learning how to connect movements together, and improving body mobility for efficient, controlled grappling. Techniques are taught step by step, with clear explanations of transitions, timing, and positioning. Classes are 60 minutes and adapted for all ages and experience levels. Each session is structured into five parts: 1. A controlled warm-up using articulated rotations and mobility drills 2. Specific movement drills designed to improve overall performance 3. Technical instruction focusing on one position, progressing to dominant control or submissions, including key concepts and decision-making 4. Ecological sparring using games to develop real-time reactions I am also an experienced Project Manager, bringing clear communication, patience, and effective teaching methods to accelerate learning. Lessons are suitable for all ages and skill levels, with a strong emphasis on safety, injury prevention, and long-term development. Each session includes active evaluation of weaker areas and clear guidance for improvement. Pricing: £100 per 60-minute session Discounted rate: £95 per session for a block of 5 bookings
