About Rifumu Elvis
Civil Engineering graduate with an Honours degree from Wits University, Engineering Council of South Africa(ECSA) registered candidate engineer. Practicing with DPWI as Structural Engineer (SE) offering structural engineering services such as designs and analysis using first-hand principles and relevant software. I am also a mentor under the Buddy programme, DPWI initiative under Human Capital Investment(HCI) unit focusing on high school and university students.
