About Bethany
I graduated in BSc psychology with honours and a professional placement in community mental health services. For the past eight years I have worked with both children and adults with special needs and/or poor mental health. I have experience in CBT, anger management, mental wellbeing, makaton, PECS, team teach, mindfulness and mental health recovery.
Note: I am not a therapist or mental health professional. I am simply offering impartial guidance and support for anyone needing a push in the right direction.
