About Claire
I completed my BSc in sports science while playing soccer in the USA. I have been personal training for several years, with lots of experience in the USA and now UK. I have also an BSc and MSc in Psychology. This range of experience allows me to get the best out of people physically and mentally which is the perfect recipe for success.

Hey there! I am providing ONLINE personal training at £50 per month. This includes workout plans and a weekly check in with me. People of all levels with all access to variable ranges of equipment are welcome.
I base my approach on SUSTAINABILITY. The focus is on keeping energy levels high, body and mind fresh. Exercise programs should not deplete you they should energise you. Creating goals specific and personalised to you , that are sustainable long term.
In my lessons we will focus on a sustainable diet/workout plan/maintaining energy levels and motivation.
