About Alastair
I have practiced Buddhist meditation for over 25 years, and given personal teachings in Zen, Tantra and Dzogchen. I undertook lay ordination at a Zen monastery 18 years ago and have received teachings from several Dzogchen masters. I have also taught small groups on retreat in Crete.

The style I teach is Vajrayana and is geared to the needs and experience of people who, typically, fit or wish to fit Buddhist practice around jobs or families and is essentially non-monastic. I also emphasise the importance of undertaking retreat practice.
