About Zarina
I’m a dancer and personal trainer, so I’m very disciplined, energetic and focused on growth. I’ve spent years working on myself, building confidence and learning how to stay consistent even in difficult situations.
I understand what it feels like to feel lost, unmotivated or overwhelmed, and I know how to push through it. I’m friendly, open and easy to talk to, so you can feel comfortable from the first session.
I’m here to support you, motivate you and help you become a stronger, more confident version of yourself.
