Sessions focus on improving comfort, technique, and efficiency in the water through carefully structured practice. We can work on breathing, floating, kicking, body alignment, freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly, starts, turns, and stamina. Targeted drills help correct technique, develop coordination, and make movement more economical. Water-safety awareness is also incorporated, supporting stronger confidence and greater control during every swimming session.
